I am a landlord and my condo needed some serious help. In less than 24 hours, I had 3 new faucets with pop up and drain assemblies and hot and cold stops and supply lines. He was prompt, clean and courteous to my tenants, and that makes me happy! If I need work at my home, I will surely call Scott as well. I will also recommend A Better Place to anyone that needs quality work at a good price. It takes the worry out of that not so fun stuff that comes up and has to be dealt with quickly.

The best man to get the job done This is the first summer i have lived in my first home and of course on such a hot day the ac had to go out and was not working! So i called a Better Place and told Scott what was going on and he was finishing up another job and came straight over no questions asked ! Within 10 minuets it was fixed ! being a girl he tried to explain what he fixed and i actually understood ! He was so much help and did the job fast and way cheap ! I will definately use him again and refer him to friends and family !

Best Service in the Valley With out a doubt, Scott is the most knowledgeable professional in the valley when it comes to HVAC units and electrical issues. His pleasent attitude, down to earth approach and no-bull practice puts him at the top of my list!!! To top all these attributes the quotes I got were the lowest I got from several contractors!! Unbeleivable service at most reasonable prices. What can I say, my searches are done! I finally found my HVAC professional!!!

Fast and saved me money My Heat wasn’t working so I called a repair company from the yellow pages. They came and told me I needed a new unit. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and saw that these guy’s do 2nd opinions for free. Scott came out found a bad circuit board and for under $200 I was up and running. I will call them from now on.
